  Terrible happy hour service. We only ordered appetizers and ended up being there for over an hour and 30min. I understand there is only one cook making the food, since we went around 8pm, but if your website advertises happy hour around that time service should be prepared. Also their website isn't even updated since they have happy hour at 9pm with an entirely different happy hour menu. Waitress forgot my beer 10minutes (I'm giving the benefit of the doubt on this time estimate) after my asking, and when we were finally able to leave they also forgot to give us our card with the receipt. No apologies for anything when we had to drive back and pick it back up. Ruined our night. First and last time going.

  Greeted warmly by host & hostess opened the door & welcomed me & my sister in. The host wasn't aware of not having happy hour today, as we asked if we had to get seated in the bar to get the happy hour menu. Our server James was the best! Friendly, informative perfectly attentive. He told us there's never "happy hour" items on Saturday or Sunday. But since we were pleased with him we decided to not go into the doing room. The salmon was the best ever!! It, as was the pork on our tacos, moist & flavorful. The only disappointment was the flour tortillas, the menu stated "crispy" but even the second time we asked for the 2 replacements to be crisp. They didn't get deep fried like we expected. Everything including our sides were the perfect temperature. The portions were generous as well as delicious. The dessert, bread pudding, was more delicious than we could imagine it to be. We each had a mixed drink, which were tasty, but I felt over-priced at $8.99ea.
  I only wish Famous Dave's wasn't so far away, I'd be eating there much more frequently..

  It was veterans day and they didn't seem that crowded (I have seen them much busier). I had to wait over 40 minutes to get my food and about 20 minutes into the wait one of the servers, James, came to inform me that they were out of rib tips ( my absolute favorite). The couple in from of me had ordered about $60 dollars of drinks and had also ordered the same meal. They were told about ten minutes after me, that they were out of rib tips. the manager comp there meal and they left. I was comp my beer as my meal was free (as I am a veteran). Not sure what was going on in the kitchen but was disappointed at a place I really enjoy. Servers were trying there best. James was very professional towards me and the floor manager was just slammed. Hopefully the root cause and a training opportunity took place.
