  My family and I were taking our Dad out for his 52nd Birthday. I made reservations for 11 people a few days before the event. The whole party arrived a few minutes before 7, and there we sat for 1 hour waiting for a table to seat all of us. When we FINALLY got a table 1 hour past our reservation, it turned out to be 2 booths that we all weren't even able to talk and sit next to each other. Half way through all of us sitting there like that we got the bright idea to combine the booths, which made things a little better. If I ever come back here, I just know now that there is no point in making a reservation.
  The manager gave us two free guacamole bowls, which was nice but also necessary considering the screw up.
  The food was mediocre. Honestly, taco shop in Hemet is better (and I wouldn't need to wait an hour for a seat).
  The service was good. Our waitress was very attentive and constantly made sure that we were all doing well.
  Overall, a 3 star due to the quality of food and the wait for an already reserved table.

  We were craving Mexican food and looked this place up....so NOT a disappointment! Not a.big place but definitely on point in every aspect of a great dining experience...and a killer Jalapeno Margarita! We highly recommend La Cocina Bar and Grilll....and we will be back!
