I ordered a cake for my daughter's birthday and two days before the event I called to confirm I can pick it up and they told me that ooooooops!!, they forgot and that they would not be able to accommodate me. As you can imagine I was extremely upset. It wasn't just my daughter's birthday it was her 21st birthday, one of the most celebrated events in your life.
