  So I've been here once before about 2 weeks prior to this review and I truly enjoyed the food and the experience. I was in the area and decided to stop by and grab dinner with my wife and children. We walked in and sat at a table. There were only 2 other ladies/customers in the restaurant. We sat for about10 minutes and we're totally ignored for the duration. Several servers walked by multiple times and didn't even have the courtesy to say hello, we'll be right with you. Needless to say, we left. We chose to go to Bushfire Grill across the street from the mall. GREAT HEALTHY food and way better service. I'll never go there again.

  Food was great. My entire party ordered burgers and they were very tasty. Service however, was very poor. The flow of the place was terrible, we didn't know where to order right away. and it was obvious the other customers didn't either.
  There also wasn't any menus available and the staff didn't seem to care.
  
  We came on a Friday, which is their busiest day. They were completely understaffed at lunch time. There was between 0-1 staff members bussing tables and any given time, leading to a complete lack of seating. Their cashier couldn't quickly handle orders and created unnecessary lines.
  
  The staff looked stressed and nervous, and I didn't receive any friendly service. Overall, the food took 20 minutes and was above average, semi making up for the poor service.
